Nutrition consultant Deborah Arneson, owner and president of Nutrition Consultants Inc., has brought health and fitness to thousands during more than two decades of one on one consulting and public appearances extolling the benefits of nutrition and exercise. Applying her experience and a BS degree in Food Science and Biochemistry, as well as an MS in Counseling Psychology, Deborah has created wellness programs and seminars for corporations and health care providers including Farley Industries, Putnam Publishing, Blue Cross- Blue Shield, JAG Group of California, as well as Cook County and Provident Hospitals. An accredited member of the American Preventive Medical Association, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, the International Association of American Clinical Nutritionists and the American Association of Integrative Medicine, licensed in the state of Illinois, Deborah sits on the Illinois board of Professional Regulations as vice chairman, while continually expanding her education and knowledge in the field of preventive, environmental and Ayurvedic based care.

From her offices on N. Franklin in Chicago, Nutrition Consultants counsels private clients one-on-one. Well-known for her national magazine and newspaper columns and television appearances, Deborah enjoys sharing her unique insights into the dynamics of basic physiology and nutrition with her wide audience. Originally producer of Chicago Access Cable shows "For Your Own Good" and now JBTV "Healing Quest" Deborah entertains and informs, clearing up health and fitness fallacies and promoting good health over the network's affiliates.
